Building Resilience and Finding Meaning in Life by June Rousso Ph.D.
A Guide for Teens
A personal message from the author:
I wrote the book to help teens to better understand the ups and downs of adolescence and how normal they are, but to give them tools to build resilience by learning to focus on meaning in life.
This can be finding meaning in adversity as well as seeking out meaningful experiences rather than those that feel empty and can affect our moods in a negative way.
The book also focuses on having teens learn to identify their unique character strengths as identified by the VIA Institute on Character and to use these strengths to build confidence and to reach outside of themselves to help others.

AmazonMy profession is online marketing and development (10+ years experience), check my latest mobile app called Upcoming or my Chrome extensions for ChatGPT. But my real passion is reading books both fiction and non-fiction. I have several favorite authors like James Redfield or Daniel Keyes.
